for its 40th anniversary vineyard theatre launched a rebranding campaign and wanted a video to celebrate that and its illustrious history. I pulled together b-roll and interviews (much of which I shot myself) to tell the story of the artistry they fearlessly bring to new york.

for the holiday season, vineyard theatre wanted patrons to keep in mind the many gifts that the company is able to offer new york audiences, artists and our community so we brought together artists like actor david hyde pierce (fraiser), playwright tarell alvin mccraney (moonlight), and student jennifer vasquez to talk about the gifts the vineyard has given them.

to promote vineyard theatre's 35th anniversary season, i used after effects to put together this season teaser. the footage is all b-roll that i shot for the company, and I was the creative director on the photos of the playwrights for the season, which were shot by hollenderx2.

i created this trailer for the world premiere of zayd dohrn’s outside people at vineyard theatre with li jun li (quantico) and matt dellapina (bull). this was before many theatres were using video trailers to sell their plays, and the new york times ending up interviewing me about the work I did. This is a trailer I shot and edited for playwrights realm in new york for the world premiere of their play the hatmaker’s wife.

on a spring morning at the pasadena playhouse, 150 'writegirls', mentors, volunteers and staff took up residence at pasadena playhouse. they workshopped and wrote from 9am to 4pm. this video was both shot and edit by me as a one-man-crew during that time. two hours later that same evening, this video that i completed on site was shown to an audience of over 600 people.

this is the first arts mini-flick i did, which i shot and edited for the pasadena playhouse. the company received a $10,000 donation the day the video was released by a donor who was moved by the video.

maloof money cup | editor

this is a portion of the maloof money cup skateboarding competition that I edited for broadcast on fox. for this project I collaborated with the producer and a team of editors to determine the story arc and main characters for the piece. to create the story, i mixed audio from several sources including camera audio, body mics, wild audio and announcer feeds to finish and deliver the 1-hour special for network broadcast on an extremely tight schedule.
